GROUND is a separate studio from Studio 34 Reformer. The Wednesday sound bath takes place at GROUND only. Private villa sessions take place at your own location.

What to expect

Arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in. You'll lie comfortably on a mat while Alexandra plays hand-crafted Tibetan singing bowls, a shamanic drum, rain shakers and voice, layering sound so your body and mind can slow down. Each session includes around ten minutes of guided meditation, which gently brings you back at the end. Just wear comfortable clothes: yoga mats and eye masks are provided. No experience is needed.

Do I need experience? No. Most people come to their first session with no experience.

Can I come on my own? Yes, many people do.

Can I pay cash? Yes. Reserve on WhatsApp and pay €35 when you arrive.
